Flatcolor Gallery, Flatcolor and/or its affiliates ("Flatcolor") provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. SALES
All sales are final. Items purchased in person, via phone or through this website cannot be exchanged or returned.
OVERSOLD ITEMS
Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items
may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error,
your account will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock
and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
SHIPPING
If ordering more than one item, it is possible that they will arrive in
separate packages. If the artwork is displayed in one of our current
shows, the artwork will be shipped out after the show has ended. For
orders within the United States, please allow 3-4 weeks from the show
closing date for delivery. For international orders, please allow 4-5
weeks from the show closing date for delivery. Shipping and handling
charges will apply. Signatures are required upon delivery for items valued over $500, so please
enter a shipping address where you will be available to accept the
package. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be
returned to sender to the gallery. We will not refund shipping charges
in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the
customer to re-ship the package.
We also offer local pickup at our location. We will call or email you when your order is ready for pick up.

All items purchased from Flatcolor are made pursuant to a shipment

to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
